Closer sells digital products — downloadable guides and audio files. Because these are delivered electronically and can be accessed immediately, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once your order has been delivered.
So you can buy with confidence, we offer a free one-page preview — no card, no email — so you can see exactly what you’re getting before you purchase.
Problems with your order
If something goes wrong on our end, we will always make it right:
- Didn’t receive your download link or file? We’ll re-send it.
- File is corrupted or won’t open? We’ll fix it or send you a working copy.
- Charged more than once for the same order? We’ll correct the duplicate charge.
